These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kc44 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services available through our website and mobile app. kc44 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet and Cox's Bazar. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the kc44 platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with kc44, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to satisfy any of these conditions may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). kc44 does not accept players under this minimum age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Each person may hold only one active kc44 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be permanently closed upon detection.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep it current at all times.

2. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kc44 login credentials, including your username and password. kc44 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity carried out using your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

KYC Verification

kc44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide these documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc44 platform and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to interact with or exploit the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds, manipulate game outcomes, or collude with other players.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

kc44 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for mobile banking, as well as Visa and Mastercard for card payments. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take 24-72 hours to process.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability.
• kc44 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider for transactions are your sole responsibility and will not be refunded by kc44.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5. Sports Betting Rules

kc44 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the kc44 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where the kc44 Cash Out feature is available and utilised within its stated conditions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or ruled void, affected bets will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed for that event.
• kc44 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error occurred, where a bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already known, or where fraud or collusion is suspected.
• Live (in-play) betting odds and market availability are subject to change in real time. kc44 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to devices. kc44's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
